**มาตรา 1 (3)<\/strong><\/p>\n**
“คำฟ้อง”<\/strong> หมายความว่า กระบวนพิจารณาใดๆ ที่โจทก์ได้เสนอข้อหาต่อศาลไม่ว่าจะได้เสนอด้วยวาจาหรือทำเป็นหนังสือ ไม่ว่าจะได้เสนอต่อศาลชั้นต้น หรือชั้นอุทธรหรือฎีกาไม่ว่าจะได้เสนอในขณะที่เริ่มคดีโดยคำฟ้องหรือคำร้องขอ หรือเสนอในภายหลังโดยคำฟ้องเพิ่มเติมหรือแก้ไข หรือฟ้องแย้งหรือโดยสอดเข้ามาในคดีไม่ว่าด้วยสมัครใจ หรือถูกบังคับ หรือโดยมีคำขอให้พิจารณาใหม่<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
