**มาตรา 1 (6)<\/strong><\/p>\n**
“คำแถลงการณ์”<\/strong> หมายความว่า คำแถลงด้วยวาจาหรือเป็นหนังสือ ซึ่งคู่ความฝ่ายหนึ่งกระทำหรือยื่นต่อศาล ด้วยมุ่งหมายที่จะเสนอความเห็นต่อศาลในข้อความในประเด็นที่ได้ยกขึ้นอ้างในคำคู่ความหรือในปัญหาข้อใดที่ศาลจะพึงมีคำสั่งหรือคำพิพากษา ซึ่งในข้อเหล่านี้คู่ความฝ่ายนั้นเพียงแต่แสดง หรือกล่าวทบทวนหรือยืนยัน หรืออธิบายข้อความแห่งคำพยานหลักฐานและปัญหาข้อกฎหมายและข้อเท็จจริงทั้งปวง คำแถลงการณ์อาจรวมอยู่ในคำคู่ความ<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
